And On A Less Political Note...

Today was fun. JohnRoss and I were going to South Pointe because he needed to get a new coat. He surprised me with an early Christmas gift - an antennae for my television! Most of you know I don't have cable since I got internet instead, but I didn't even have the very most basic channels because my tv had no antennae. Well, he bought one for me and hooked it up and everything and now football Saturday and Sunday is GLORIOUS. We then went to South Pointe, spent some money (Teetz you'd be proud, the GapCard is almost maxed out...) and then Red Robin for mid afternoon lunch. While there, our booth was next to the Ferris Bueller movie posted and I commented on John Hughes. JohnRoss did not know who John Hughes was - not from Breakfast Club, not from Sixteen Candles, not from Pretty in Pink (definitely my least favorite of those three). Anyway, we immediately fixed that problem upon arrival back at my apartment and watched the wonder that is the Breakfast Club. Good times.
